Description
Provenance: The vineyard is located in the municipality of Torano Nuovo a 240 meters above sea level.
Subsoil composition: Medium-textured soil tending towards calcareous clay.
Grapes: Grapes from organic farming, Trebbiano 100%
Characteristics of the system: The vineyard, is bred to spin with 1666 stumps per hectare, year of planting 1979. The exhibition is to the east.
Harvest and winemaking period: The grapes, are collected, after a scrupulous selection, in the second ten days of October. The grapes are destemmed, pressed very softly, the must obtained is fermented in thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks in order to control the fermentation temperature between 18° and 20°C.
Organoleptic characteristics: Straw yellow color with greenish reflections.
Perfume: Fruity, floral, delicate.
Gusto: Dry, fresco, of natural gustatory persistence with characteristics of distinction and refinement.
Gastronimia: It goes well with fish-based dishes, soups, antipasti, soups, sauces with mushrooms, semi-hard cheeses. The serving temperature is important and must be 12-15°C in order to enhance the aromas and flavors contained in this bottle.
